Meh, in List Form
1. I have to come up with something for a leverageland (join us!) writing challenge that's due later this month. I'm having trouble coming up with decent story ideas this heist. Seriously, I've got nothing. Maybe inspiration will strike later on, but it didn't for the first two challenges. Basically, I suck, and I'm no help to my team. :/
2. Still tooling around with my Leverage Exchange fic. I like to fuss over my writing, and I'll keep fussing until I either like it or telaryn takes it away from me.
3. Now that I've cracked that aggravating "Genderswap" fic (which thankfully, no one seems to have read, lol), I think I'm going to try and black out my angst_bingo card. Of course, hc_bingo is also on the horizon, and I'm planning to do that. I prefer h/c as a genre, because at least I get to mend the hurt I cause the characters. Plus, sometimes I think it's a bit of wish fulfillment. Eliot or Parker can get comfort when I can't.
4. Posted a snippet for my J2/Kane Big Bang. I'd repost it here, but I don't think we're allowed. It's the Western AU. I hope people like it, but I don't know. It was the one most picked on the poll I did.
5. I have a few 20in20 things to do. I'm doing Practical Magic, a couple of things for Leverage, Angel the Series, and Mitchell from Being Human. I may not be that good at making icons, but it's kind of fun. It's calming in its own way.
6. I'm getting sick of LJ signing me out when I'm in the middle of writing a post. Like it did during the course of my writing THIS one.
7. I'm really looking forward to new episodes of Leverage. I'm spoiled like crazy for the upcoming season, but I want the episodes. Now.
8. I've been listening to a lot of Tesla in between my Kane and Carlson. Ah, nostalgia.
