It's great, isn't it? A wonderful example of post modernism and transformative works. I also think it really highlights the overall difference in cinematography; Twilight is very green/blue, overcast for want of a better word, possibly helped along by the scenery/location [New England?]. Buffy on the other hand is very bright, lot of yellow and red, and set in California.
I love that video and how it shows how creepy Twilight is. Although it also shows how creepy/angsty Buffy's relationship with Angel and Spike could be... hm.
