Yes on Sayid, Chandler, and Piper. I love Faramir but there are a couple of others who trump him. EDIT: And yes on Han.

Lord of the Rings - I'm gonna guess Aragorn AKA Strider AKA Wingfoot AKA Thorongil AKA Estel AKA Envinyatar AKA Elessar Telcontar (shamefully I had to look up his other names after Thorongil).
Firefly - hmmm this is a tough one. There were no horrible and dumb character (which is what attracts to a Mohinder). I'm going to have to guess Wash.

Yes on Wash, but no on the others. :p

Although Rictor and Cyclops are close. In fact, they round out the top three.
