I have other memes to post tomorrow, but I'll leave you all with this one for now:

Name a fandom, and I'll give you the scoop on at least three of my unpopular opinions related to that fandom.

Oh, this is a tough one. I'm answering for all Star Trek series and movies, btw. Spoilers for everything! Be warned!

1. I see no romantic chemistry between Kirk and Spock.

2. The end of Star Trek: Nemesis pretty much undid everything accomplished by TNG episode "Measure of a Man." In the episode, they had argued that Data (an android) was unique and irreplaceable just like any human. In the movie, we see Data make this heart-wrenching sacrifice to save everyone else. That would have been a beautiful moment, but it was marred by the fact that at the end of the movie, they implied that another android, B4, could be or had been implanted with Data's memories, thereby negating his sacrificing. In the prequel comic to the new movie, it is revealed that in the timeline Spock came from, Data's memories had indeed been transferred into B4 (a sentient being) and Data is now alive and is the Captain of Enterprise.

3. While Star Trek: Wrath of Khan was a great movie, it is not the best movie ever in the history of Star Trek. A lot of people I know swear it's the absolute best and is the movie by which all other movies should be judged. It's easily in my top three movies, but it's not the best ever.
