Sanctuary--Instinct (spoilers)
I have to admit I wasn't looking forward to this one, because I thought the previews looked pretty meh. To my surprise, it was pretty good.
The Annoying Reporter Chick: Yes, I know her name, but I think my title for her fits a little better. Really, she annoyed me the whole episode. I wanted to reach through the screen and wash Henry's face after she kissed him. I was pleased to see Helen one-up her at the end.
Zack: I was really surprised at the ending. Seriously, they got me, so it was a good dramatic gotcha moment. For most of the episode, though, I was kind of annoyed at the whole "we can't see him" schtick.
Henry: *draws hearts around him* How cute was he! I love the way they're bringing him out as a character--his insecurities, his geekiness, his compassion. He's really become my favorite character, and I'm glad to see him getting out of the lab.
Lack of Bigfoot: Seriously, guys. This has got to stop. I wanted an adorable Henry/Bigfoot moment at the end of the episode, but I didn't get one. Instead, I had to watch Henry fanboy all over the reporter.
Also, some random stuff:
* Helen was fabulous.
* Ashley is growing on me.
* When Will said that the rumor mill at the precinct was running overtime, I was like, "He must have heard that from Joe." :D
* I prefer to slash Henry, but I think Ashley looked a little jealous when Henry was talking to the reporter.
* Next episode looks great!
