My holiday pessimism is back.
I went out today for some Dr. Pepper and a few things I needed for the house. While in the store, I was shoved, jostled, ignored, cut-off, and just generally received rude treatment from the other customers and the cashier. Can't people just be respectful of each other? Is it that hard?
While on the already-slick winter roads, drivers were generally idiots.
On top of that, I've discovered that one of my fandoms seems to have developed some wankish tendencies.
