1. Why do you dislike #11 so much?(Ten/Rose) Because as the writers pushed the ship, Rose morphed into this whiny "You're supposed to like me best!" character. Now I can barely stand her.
2. Who is someone you know that ships #13? (Joe/Will) I think there are a couple of people who are as crazy as I am and have had their interest peeked. I don't know if there are any full on shippers yet, though.
3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3 (even if the show isn't on the air anymore)? (Evan/Radek) Well, first of all, I'd like to see them both be used in the series more and be in scenes together. WTF, writers! You were doing so well last season. In any case, I'd just like to see a subtle, comfortable, non-melodramatic kind of relationship evolve between them. I'd also have Radek invent something or discover something that would give him the confidence he lacks right now.
4. Which is your favorite episode for #1? Try to pick just one, if you can. (Jack/Ianto) "Fragments."
5. How long have you been following couple #6? (Daniel/Sam) For a few years. I'm a longtime Jack/Daniel shipper, but the chemistry between Daniel and Sam just wouldn't leave me alone.
6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring? (Oliver/Percy)
Rowling made it clear that she had no further use for Oliver and that Percy was going to be marginalized until the last book.
7.) Which ship do you prefer - #2 or #4? (Jack/Daniel or John/Rodney) My knee-jerk reaction is John/Rodney, because they're the ones I get new episodes of right now, and after "The Shrine," their love is damn near canon. But then I see an old episode or a new scene from an SG-1 movie, and BOOM--I'm sucked back into Jack/Daniel again.
8. You have the power to make one ship non existent. Choose from #10 or #12. (Jack/Gwen or Remus/Tonks) Well, Remus/Tonks is one of my least favorite ships of all time, but the HP series is over, and it's all a moot point. Jack/Gwen, meanwhile, is annoying me now. So let's vote that off the island.
9. What interests you about #14? (Morgan/Garcia) Morgan's hot, and I identify with Garcia to a certain extent. I'd like to see a really good looking guy on one of these shows date a woman who isn't blond, skinny, and oh-so-perfect.
10. When did you stop liking #7? (Ron/Hermione) Part of it was the seemingly never-ending camping trip and tacked-on epilogue in Book 7, but there were fractures in my ship love before that. I think I'm just over them.
11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show/book? (Bobby/JP) It didn't help, but there were other reasons for my jumping ship. For example, someone handed Peter Milligan a pen and told him to write Bobby Drake for a while. And Mike Carey's vision for the team, which would have brought JP on board was undermined. Shall I continue? Overall, though, Bobby is just so frequently written as a childish, homophobic jerk, and JP can do better.
12. What's a song that reminds you of #5? (Evan/Teyla) Oh, I don't get into these song questions. Uh... I got nothing.
13. Which of these ships do you love the most? That's too tough a question.
14. Which do you dislike the most? Remus/Tonks. It took two perfectly wonderful characters and shoved them together haphazardly in a way that watered both of them down until the things that made me love them were gone.
15. If you could have any of these pairings double date, who would it be? Jack/Ianto and Jack/Daniel. We need to get Ianto and Daniel into a conversation. It would boggle the mind.
16. Have #2 kissed yet? Elaborate if you'd like. (Jack/Daniel) Alas, no.
17. Did #4 have a happy ending? If the show hasn't ended yet, do you think a happy ending is likely? (John/Rodney) I think they'll have an ending something like the SG-1 members had--an ending that isn't an ending. So I think they'll continue on as they are now, and our slashy minds can fill in the rest.
18. What would make you start shipping #13? (Joe/Will) I kind of already do. But to make me a full-fledged fangirl for the couple? It would take either a couple of really good fics or Kavan Smith to show up in a couple more episodes of Sanctuary. Really, I don't need much persuading.
19.) If only one could happen, which would you prefer - #2 or #6? (Jack/Daniel or Daniel/Sam) Oh, ouch. Daniel has to choose?!?! Right now, I'm leaning toward Daniel/Sam, even though I'm a pretty hardcore Jack/Daniel shipper.
