Woah J was tough.......I'd like to say everytime I saw the 4400 on, I never saw Kavan on it..was he just a guest actor?

He was on it off and on. During season 2 and 3 of SGA, he was dividing his time between SGA and the 4400. He played an agent who worked with Tom and Diana. His character was a hoot. SO different from Lorne.
