Criminal Minds and CSI: NY

Hotch and Morgan: Yay for Morgan realizing Hotch was hurting. In terms of characterization, I think Haley leaving him was probably the best thing for his character. I hope they don't try to hook him up with Prentiss, though. I seem to remember some glimmer of Hotch/JJ last season, but it was never followed up on.

Spencer: Aw, poor baby. Anyway, this is a perfect opportunity for the writers to follow up on his drug problem. Hotch mentioned it last week (and put it in the present tense), so I'm guessing the writers are planning to not just drop it... I liked the references to Reid's past, and I love that they left the letter hanging at the end of this episode.

Emily: Okay, I liked her in this episode. The writers seem to have found their bearings with her. The scenes between her and Reid were quite nice.

Yeah, this was rambly, but there you are.

I haven't enjoyed this show this much in ages!

Flack: The fact that the episode opened with Flack in a tank top helped matters considerably. ;) I'm not impressed with his choice of girlfriends. She seems kind of ditzy. Still, we got to see him chase a bad guy, get teased by Danny, and smile a lot. Good times!

Danny and Flack: You didn't think I'd ignore this, did you? A hint of jealousy on Danny's part? Yes, Danny. He's trying to make you jealous because of your behavior with Lindsay! Take that!

Mac: The plot thickens. I'm glad he took Flack (who owned this show) into his confidence. I'm intrigued by the whole mystery.

Stella: Stella and Flack (who owned this show) doing the whole James Bond thing was so much fun. They make such a good team.

Overall, a great episode! Still not impressed with Flack's bimbo, but she gave him a reason to be in a tank top. Well done!
