Heroes: Summary of Online Comic
Okay, so I read the online comic on the official site. It features Mohinder (the Indian professor/cabbie) and answers a couple of questions from the premiere.
* The comic gives a little background about Mohinder. Most of his family was religious, but his dad wasn't. He was really close to his dad.
* It also reveals that "Sylar" (the name on the tape he picked up in his dad's apartment) was apparently the first person found to have special abilities. I'm guessing that will figure in big later in the season.
* Mohinder goes to the cab company where his dad worked and asks to see the cab his dad died in. It was ripped apart, and Mohinder realizes that whoever killed his dad wasn't normal. I think everyone (including me) assumed it was Claire's father. So either Claire's dad didn't have anything to do with it, or he has access to some big bad who has powers. Or Claire's dad has powers. Maybe he's Sylar.
* His dad's old boss offers him a job, and he takes it, vowing to avenge his dad. That's why he suddenly had a job as a cab driver.
This one didn't come from the comic. It came from tvguide.com. Apparently, Hiro not only teleported to New York. He might have also travelled forward in time.
