Very odd that she didn't know how to fill out the form. And if it was just because she was new and had never had to do it before, there's ways to deal with that and make the passenger feel comfortable. Like just telling you she had the form to fill out and wasn't sure what to put. I do things like that at work all the time - tell the customer I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do in a certain circumstance and ask if they mind waiting a moment while I check. Most people are great about it and would rather wait while I find out how to do something right instead of waiting while I later fix my mistakes.

Still, you have a valid point about whether or not they should be doing something that identifies you as a disabled passenger. I mean, if it's just information they gather in case of emergency (say something happens to the plane and they want to make sure everyone, including Olga is accounted for), that's fine. But then why not just say that's what she's doing?

Are you enjoying being somewhere a little warmer right now? I'm so looking forward to heading to Texas next month and getting away from the snow and cold!

Oh, and I forgot to say it on MEG, congrats on the new job!
