Okay I need to take a moment to squee about all the delicious new promo material for the upcoming dramas The Borgias and Camelot, especially regarding the pairings of Lucrezia/Cesare and Arthur/Morgan respectively.

THAT FIRST AND THIRD BORGIA PICTURE!! When I saw the promo pics, I was pretty much sold on their relationship, even though I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, ha ha!

I haven't heard much about Camelot, but I will be giving it a go, just from your Arthur/Morgana picture and gif above, ha ha! One of my favorite pairings ever, sigh... :DDD

Lol, seriously, there hasn't been much out yet, even in the trailer, but still you can tell the chemistry already! :p Very convincing...my favorite picture is the second one though, actually...IDK, you can just see the tenderness and affection and closeness there...as I recall from the trailer, this is the scene where he basically promises to CUT any suitor of hers that acts ungallantly, lol....

And yeah, it does look like they will be focusing on the A/Mor relationship, which is nice....also if you've seen Mists of Avalon, apparently the girl who plays Young!Morgaine (in my icon) is the one playing Guinevere, which is cool!

And there's also Game of Thrones coming out too! I feel like we're getting a lot of good period-y stuff this spring, which is good since I was starting to miss (for example) The Tudors! :o)

Also: have you seen any of the new Being Human (the American version, I mean)? Is it as terrible as it looks from the promo pics??

Yes, Game of Thrones also looks interesting, though I don't even know when I'd have time for it, lol...(especially since it sounds like I'll have a lot of work this summer/will be very busy!). My cousin is apparently also very excited for it, I had no idea he was such a nerd, lol.

No, lol, the new BH has only just started like last night or something--it sure sounds terrible with the exception of the replacement Herrick, who is played by Mark Pelligrino and therefore is guarenteed to probably be more awesome than the Original!Herrick, lol.

Did you see Boardwalk Empire's big wins at the GGs?! :D You'll be happy to know I've seen the first 4 episodes, and have the rest of season 1 recorded on DVD from HBO over break with me. They were showing the first 3 episodes on the plane back home if you can believe it...

So far I like it! :D A lot, I think it's very well done as a period drama, the costumes, the music, the Anastasia thing, all evokes the period and brings you back....and I ship Nooky/Irish Woman (lol forget her name) SO hard, since the first episode! :D (I just finished epp 4 most recently).

Lol yes, I've shipped them since the beginning, they're the storyline that interested me most (what a surprise, hopeless shipper that I am, lol!), and I was so put out when they seemed to be drifting apart in the fifth episode, before that little makeout at the end there! ;) Squee! Loving them but worried about their future...

Yes, I finished this evening! :D (I thought I had another epp left, lol, that it was 13 in all, until I realized how much the end seemed like a final wrap-up). I'm SO glad Margaret ended up with Nucky in the end, what a relief, and a lovely scene! <333 (Though I hope it wasn't only because she feared she'd become destitute as per the cake prophecy, lol ( ... )
