At this point I just have to discount the Morgana storyline/characterization when reviewing the show. As I said in my review, I spent the whole series going, "Morgana would NEVER do that," and it was at its worst in the finale. :-\ KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE. FOR NO FUCKING REASON. WTF, MORGANA? WTF, WRITERS?! UGH. I just...ugh.

BUT do they even know she's magical, Uther and Arthur?!?! I mean, she kind of hinted at it with Uther, but not Arthur, and they don't see her doing magic....so it looks like the writers once again denied us a nice magic reveal

Exactly what I want to know!! You'd think Uther would put two and two together even if she didn't say outright, but God, they REALLY should've worked in a "guess who's had magic this entire time?" speech for her.

she should at least be a badass powerful sorceress, but no, after two years under Morgause's tutelage she STILL is in the same place she was in 2x03

I think the writers are saving her magical development for a later series so she can become Camelot's number one enemy. This year it was sort of about Morgause manipulating her. So in that respect I can KIND of forgive the writers, though it really wouldn't have been that hard to work in a LITTLE bit more of magical development (she DID pull off the curse in 3x08, so I give her that).

Lol, I'm glad you at least sympathize with my Morgana frustration, lol! ;) It's just...ugh. WHY writers, why?! Why do you hate logic so much?! And why can't you even give us as much as one magical reveal?!

And IDK she can become Camelot's number 1 enemy later while still developing her powers NOW--I mean where the hell is she going to learn these skills and spells now? It would have made so much more sense if she had been learning gradually these last two years under the tutelage of Morgause as a magical mentor, and then moved on and used these skills to become a badass sorceress in her own right after Morgause's death/weakening much like Morgause did with Nimueh in our spinoff on ML lol. I mean, magical learning has to come from SOMEWHERE writers....but then I forget, they don't do "logic" and "sense"! *sigh*

LOL, bb, of course I do!! It's not a make-or-break thing for me, but you can't deny how effing messed up her lack of development was. The writers were completely lazy, and I'll never forgive them for it. I was really looking forward to seeing her descent into darkness!!

LOL, like I said, I think Morgause is still alive, so she'll actually teach her this time around!

Well it's just that some people who love season 3 just completely don't care about that or Morgana, and I mean I know you aren't like that but still, always nice to hear! ;) And me too bb, me too, of course...I was looking forward to Morgause's backstory as well
