There's just no way to choose ONE quote from everything, so I'm just going to go with a favorite quote from my obsession du jour, Doctor Who:
"This is my Timey-Wimey detector. It goes ding when there's stuff. And it can boil an egg at thirty paces..." (10, Doctor Who)
I saw this quote long before watching the show in various journals, and I thought it seemed like a very funny and awesome quote then, but when I finally saw it on the actual show I loved it even more--it's just so perfect, so much humor in one succinct phrase, made better by the way Tennant delivers it. :D
While we're talking Doctor Who though, a runner-up favorite quote is probably 9's "I think you need a Doctor"; what can I say, I love puns, however good or bad they are, and it was such a perfect thing to say in that moment, and followed by a kiss I had been desperately waiting for! :)
I also now have the first DW soundtrack (seasons 1 and 2), woohoo! :D I love the song "Love Don't Roam," it's great for an original song, and it brings me back to that heartbreaking scene in "The Runaway Bride"....
