birthday!
So my birthday party was small, but awesome. Apparently my birthday heralds the coming apocolypse with 2 people missing it due to the death of someone close, 1 person dealing with a family emergency and a buttload of people with colds :(
All in all it ended up being myself, michael, vanessa, my friends from canberra, dale, berenice and dave.
With such a small party we decided to regress to uni students and play never ever and get horrendously drunk. It turned out to be the longest lasting and best game of never ever I've played because everyone present was incredibly interesting and had done lots of things!
I ended up having a bit of a sore throat and sniffles so I piked early. Apparently I also missed strip poker in which many people got nekkid!
Ooh, and Dale brought out his violet wand, and neridah got tied up shibari style, so I didn't miss everything exciting.
In the morning, I came out and Berenice had cleaned everything and we all sat around playing SPANC (space pirate amazon ninja catgirsl!) which was awesome.
Ooh, and Neridah bought me the best birthday present ever - BONSOY! which has apparently come back on the market in tiny quantities. I plan to have much cereal with bonsoy.
So all in all an awesome birthday, although I was feeling a bit sad and abandoned (which was compounded by being sick) because so many people couldn't come. I plan to guilt people into giving me presents...
