There is this awesome machine we have learned about in school. It is for making crowns and other restorations in the office, during the same visit, so that people don't have to have a temporary made and then come back to have a permanent crown fitted. It is really, really, really cool. Of course, this doesn't take the place of conventional techniques, but it sure is cool. Anyway, it's awesome.
