Summary: There is only one person Sherlock gives genuine apologies to, and that is Molly Hooper. And every time he apologies she gets the exact same look on her face, one of absolute shock that she rated an actual heartfelt apology when no one else gets one. But sometimes she can induce a look of shock on his own face, so he supposes it evens out in the end.
