PHYSICAL CONTACT: ... I really wouldn't, not unless Sherlock initiates it. If Sherlock is being his blank, usual self, he won't react to hugs other than to look somewhat confused and out of place. Kisses will be much the same, only depending on who you are, he'll either let it continue or shove you away - it mostly depends on what he can get out of the physical contact given to him. Usually, though, he doesn't welcome it and he's somewhat formidable in the first place, so why would you ever?
ANY TRIGGERS/SECRETS/FACTS YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT: Sherlock is a sociopath. Or, at least, he acts like a sociopath. He doesn't understand his emotions and likely ignores them completely if he actually has them. This leaves him cold and very detached from the human race - it's not especially unusual to feel odd around Sherlock, as it's a phenomenon that seems to happen when certain people are standing near. You just get the sense that something is off. (but please don't abuse this, since Sherlock is actually very flawless at pretending to be someone he isn't, so it will be tough to catch him at his own game).
