I'm figuring we can spend the rest of Saturday and Sunday running around SF, seeing all the sites (we can narrow down the list when you arrive) - the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars, the Castro, the redwood trees in Muir Woods, Sausalito, nude beaches, regular beaches, Haight-Ashbury, UC Berkeley, etc etc. Or we can sit around and do nothing and REST. Up to you, we're easy.
