{mod post} Posting Information & Schedule (so far)
So we are finally here thank you all for participating I hope you've enjoyed it.
Posting will (hopefully) begin tommorrow. At the moment I only have four fic and art pairings submitted. So if you have submitted either fic or art but can't see yourself on the posting schedule I'm waiting for your writer/artist to submit the other half. As it makes sense in this sort of challenge to have the fic and art posted together/on the same day.
Posting Information
You can post or host your fic or art anywhere. You can post it here, at your own LJ, at AO3, DeviantArt, whatever is best for you. All we ask is that you make a post in the comm with the following information:
FIC:
subject line: fic title, username
The post itself please include:
Username:
Title:
Word Count:
Characters/Pairings:
Rating:
Warnings:
And if the fic is not posted at the comm itself make sure you include a link!
You can integrate the art into the fic itself or simply link the art in your post, or at the fic itself. Artists please make sure your writer has a link to your art!
For seperate art posts:
ART:
subject line: art title, username
The post itself please include:
Username:
Title (of the fic and the art itself)
Characters/Pairings:
Rating:
Warnings:
And if the art is not posted at the comm itself make sure you include a link! And make sure your writer has the link too.
Writers don't forget to give your artist a link to the location of your fic as well!

As I've not had many submissions so far I've put 2 date options. It's up to you writers and artists whichever you choose. Please make sure you can make these dates. Any problems let me know now.
If you are unexpectedly unable to post I will do it for you using the information in your submission. SO if there are any changes again let me know.
