Reprompt: Relationship advice- triggers for abuse, non-con
So Sherlock is now dating some guy. Of course, John is surprised by this (and a bit disapointed because he's attracted to Sherlock himself), but he accepts it. Even when Sherlock's new partner moves in and John moves out, because he doesn't feel comfortable seeing them together.
Sherlock asks John if he would be willing to answer any questions he might have as Sherlock is new to the whole relationship thing. So John is a sounding board for all of Sherlock's questions, such as "What do you do if you make your boyfriend angry with you?" or "What should you do if you have some problems with sexual compatibility?" or "What if your partner wants to do something you aren't fond of?"
John gives out answers- find a way to make it up to him, work out some compromise, and sometimes you have to do what they want to make them happy. The problem is that Sherlock's new boyfriend is very abusive, and when he asks about for instance, sexual compatibility he really means "What do you do if your boyfriend is making you have sex when you don't want to?" And because Sherlock isn't saying everything, John thinks that the problems are normal things and Sherlock thinks that the way he's being treated is normal and he's at fault for making his boyfriend act this way.
Eventually John realizes things aren't normal- whether it's because Sherlock asks a question that makes his situation clear or because Sherlock winds up in the hosptial due to the abuse, or something else happening. The boyfriend is kicked out, and Sherlock and John begin to get together, with John vowing to show him what a real relationship should be like.
TL;DR: Sherlock is dating someone and asks John for advice, but doesn't let on that he's being abused.

Instead of jumping from the building, Sherlock gets arrested and Morarity flees. While in jail, John often comes to visit him. And when he's not visiting Sherlock then John goes off on a man hunt on Morarity to clear Sherlock's name. With some help from Mycroft of course but John is the one who gets his hands dirty.
Happy ending please but also some epic angst between John's visits to Sherlock. I want Sherlock insisting that he's guilty for his crimes and asks John to stop looking for a mere actor.

After Sherlock's funeral, John goes to the pub - not to drink, just to be somewhere besides Baker Street.
Several people follow him there: Greg Lestrade, Henry Knight, Helen Stoner (from The Speckled Blonde), Mrs. Hudson, maybe the kids from the Geek Interpreter. Basically a bunch of people who still believe in Sherlock and didn't want John to be alone.
They make a night of it, remembering and laughing and grieving.
And then they meet up, maybe once a month or so. Friendships (or more) develop.
Bonus: John completely breaks down that first night, and Henry and/or Lestrade trip all over themselves trying to comfort him.
Double Bonus: Molly never comes. She can't stand to see them all so sad while she knows the truth.

I've always thought that Sherlock was like a genius version of Calvin as a child. Can I see Calvin!Kid!Sherlock and Hobbs!Mycroft?
So basically I want kid versions of Sherlock and Mycroft as Calvin and Hobbs respectively. Only you know Mycroft is real.
And that's why Sherlock made Mummy so upset. He was a like a genius version of Calvin.
