It's Monday again, so here's your request/bunny post for the week.
Don't forget, for those of you working with the Sherlock cast's other characters for non-Sherlock fanworks, we now have the Six-Degrees post to share works, recs and the like.
Afair Canon!Holmes could blend in just perfectly in any social circle, more so - he had some long-term aliases which he sustained really well.
In our time that probably means that Sherlock has several virtual disguises in different places on the internet - just so, you know, that he could find out what people think, ask some special questions, etc.
Obviously he has to sustain life in these virtual aliases - well, won’t that be interesting process to observe?
Bonus points if Sherlock due to some reasons has to reveal to John, Lestrade (or Mycroft? :)) one of these aliases IRL. What their reaction would be?
Triple bonus points are for the scenario where Sherlock meets one of his internet-acquaintances in real life and has to act accordingly to one of his internet aliases (and he can't reveal his real name/occupation/lifestyle), but since this happens in presense of John he has somehow to send John a message that John has to play along (or at least not to act too gobsmacked).
TL;DR: Sherlock has different virtual aliases on the internet. Someone finds out.
