I'm doing this, I'll have it up by Saturday I think.
I've actually been working on the fic for a while and it fits this prompt wonderfully.

Sherlock whispers naughty things to John while they're on a case, because that means by the time they get home - since of course they can't go home until the case is solved - John will fuck him nice and hard, just the way he likes it.

Sexually frustrated John, amused and smug Sherlock... and then they do the sex.

Unknown to Sherlock and John, the showdown at the pool was televised live all over Britain.

Mystrade - The Best Men anonymous December 26 2011, 03:38:35 UTC
At long last Sherlock and John are getting married.

Much to everybody's surprise he enlists both Mycroft and Lestrade as his groomsmen (Harry and Clara had nabbed John the second the announcement was made).

Nobody expected Sherlock to be such a difficult groom to manage though - determined as he is for everything to be perfect.

Through their joint suffering acting as the balm between a legitimately stressed out Sherlock and the rest of the world, Mycroft and Lestrade slowly grow closer

tl;dr Sherlock and John get married, and Mycroft and Lestrade and Sherlock's groomsmen - they grow closer together during the run up to the wedding

Just a Britpick note for writers. We don't have Groomsman in the UK, in fact I'm not even sure what they are. For a church wedding you would have a Best Man and possibly some Ushers but for a civil ceremony you'd probably only have your two witnesses.

Actually you're free to have whatever you like at a Civil Ceremony. There are no strict instructions as to whom you can have at the ceremony and what their roles would be. As long as you organise the official stuff accordingly you're free to arrange the rest as freely as you like.

Also a Groomsman here in the UK would be an usher, which you're also free to have at a Civil Ceremony. Hope that helps.

"Groomsmen" and "ushers" are used interchangeably in the U.S. nowadays. "Groomsmen" is slowly become the more popular term, as it has the connotation that they're there to help out the groom (*cough* plan bachelor party *cough*). That is, they're not just there to be an arm for the bridesmaids.
