Fic Find: Victorian Holmes is Mary
Happy Mothers Day Everyone.
I'm hoping someone can help me find a fanfic I read awhile ago. It was set in Victorian canon times (not sure if RJDverse or CanonVerse), but in it Holmes and Watson are a couple. Because he wants to be one Holmes actually creates and becomes Mary so that he can marry and live with Watson as a couple. Holmes actually had Watson write the Reichenbach Fall ending so that they could stop living a double life and just live as a husband and wife. Watson loves Holmes but knows that the lack of cases is hurting Sherlock so convinicies to start seeing cases again, writes the back to life stuff and they eventual write Mary as having died and moved back to Baker Street pretending to be a bachelor and widowed husband. however each keep the wedding ring.
