Here are some of my favourites, although John's baby/toddler isn't always called Rosie in them.
I've lost count of the number of times I've re-read what_alchemy's wonderful Luminosity, I love it so much. Sherlock's relationship with John's baby is so touchingly realistic, it will make you do happy dances and kiss your monitor.
Then there's azriona's adorable, What Emily Knows. I've never read a better rendition of a first-person child's voice in a story. Brilliant, sweet and funny.
Another must read is 1electricpirate's epic Multiply (the sum of our parts) where you get not one but two babies for Sherlock to love - Rosie and Teddy.
And finally, although this isn't quite what you're asking for, there's twistedthicket1's delightful dragonfic Hatchling which contains the following passage
