Specific Mpreg Fic
Hi again everyone! This mpreg fic has been driving me crazy because I *cannot* find it on AO3! I could be mixing up two fics, but here's what I remember:
Sherlock and John are in an established relationship and Sherlock agrees to be a surrogate for Mycroft, who can't conceive. I think Sherlock and John already have kids, and I think it's an Omegaverse fic? When Sherlock gets pregnant Mycroft basically worships him, helping him do everything. John and Mycroft are somewhat worried that Sherlock will not want to give up the kid(s) and/or try and steal them. I think Sherlock asks for his children after the birth and John gets worried he's talking about the newborn baby(ies?) when he's really talking about his and John's children.
Also, and this might be from another fic, Sherlock has had a miscarriage/stillbirth before. He still very much mourns his daughter and when John asks him what he wants to name their child, a girl, Sherlock says his lost little girl's name.
