Mystrade Potterverse Series
I swear this was on AO3 but it may have been lost or deleted...or maybe I'm not checking the correct tags. Either way, it's a series which follows Mycroft and Lestade through their years at Hogwarts and into their respective careers in MoM - Greg as an Auror and Mycroft in the Ministry.
I remember one of the stories towards the end, where graduating Mycroft wants to break off with Lestrade because he has to take custody of Sherlock for some reason, and he doesn't think Greg would want the burden of raising a pre-pube. But Lestrade is like NBD and even finds a house for them.
Another story following this one, Sherlock is living with the Mystrades... Greg had a favourite towel (or robe) which he really loved but Sherlock started using it as a wipe-cloth for his potion accidents. One day, Greg returns to find that Sherlock has managed to blow up a cauldron (I think), and him & Mycroft are engaged in an argument. He calmly bypasses them, picks up his towel and cleans up the mess then sends both the brothers to their respective rooms. Later it turns out that the reason Sherlock is so clumsy is because he has a crush on his study partner, John.
Please tell me this story exists and it's not just in my head.
