Lesterade is looking for Sherlock because it has a case for him.  Sherlock hasn't been home or answering his call for days.  Sherlock finally texts him back and tell him to meet him at the hosiptal.  Sherlock is at the hospital because John has been shot in Afghanistan.  Lesterade didn't know about John.  John tells Sherlock to go with Lesterade and so he can tell him how he sloved it when he gets back.  I believe that John and Sherlock are married.
