I need your help, wonderful people!
It's the pool scene from The Great Game. Moriarty forces John to rape a virgin Sherlock. But because John is a wonderful and kind man he makes it as easy on Sherlock as possible (as much as he can with guns trained on him) Sherlock freaks out a little but in the end they get through it. And I remember that it pisses Moriarty off a lot that John didn't hurt him.
