Moriarty forces John to take drugs

First and foremost thank you for this wonderful community, it is very helpful when I am looking for specific stories :)
I have been looking for a story where Moriarty has drugged Sherlock and placed him in a chair. Sherlock is breathing very slowly and will die within a few hours.
John then has a choice between several different needles/syringe, whereas one of them is the cure. But he has to take the drug first, in order to test it.
John tries several of the syringes, but they are all filled with something else, that leaves him in agony on the floor.
Finally, he finds the right one, gives it to Sherlock and passes out, leaning against Sherlocks legs.
Sherlock later wakes up and asks what has happened.
I’m not sure what happens after that, but I think it was caught on camera and Sherlock might have watched it afterwards.
