ISO Two Sentinel Fics

A few years back I read a story on AO3 and now I realize I never got to read the end.
As far as I can recall, it was a Sentinel Fic. Sherlock was (obviously) a Sentinel and he was sent to find an unbonded Guide (John) who was hiding in the hospital. There was something about there being a shortage of Guides and John didn't want that kind of life - he was using some kind of spray to keep himself from giving off the Guide smell. Harry was a drunk because she'd been bonded to a man, and people were bonded against their will, including a sad story about a Pakistani (I think) cab driver who was taken away from his wife and children because a male Sentinel had caught him. The Sentinels were based in the Tower of London and I think Mycroft was in charge there.
Don't know if it was finished, and I recall being frustrated that Sherlock and John hadn't even *met* yet.
I know it wasn't Hisstah's Secrets and Revelations, though.

Similar set-up only it was in the Ritchieverse and was epic-ly long. I know Lestrade had a wife who was *his* Guide and I think Sherlock and John didn't actually get together until the end. There was something about children and a boat. Can't remember much more than that.
