So cool, the things that you've done with this!

I love the navigation of their relationship here, especially with the unusual flip of a dominant who likes to be tied up. I found Sherlock's sulk at the realization that John was keeping secrets from him more adorable than is probably appropriate; I blame John's POV. :) I also enjoyed the little touches of humour.

I really enjoyed the twist at the end of them putting on a show for Lestrade; it did a great job of matching the dynamic of their relationship here with that of the original story.

I already knew and liked the original story and I was intrigued by your interpretation of John and Sherlock's relationship - it wasn't what I was expecting. Thought it really worked - I greatly enjoyed your story.

Love this! I think you have the character voices dead on (I love sulky Sherlock) and the sex is very hot. Lovely prequel, very enjoyably written!
