Okay fine, you win. Damn plot hedgehogs.

I've decided the best way to deal with plot hedgehogs is to obey them and see what happens... and as you know recently I've got a little obsessed with Grey's Anatomy so... I apologise. There might be Holmes stuff coming soon as I had a cool idea as soon as I got rid of this hedgehog (which is why I think I'm just going to obey them). Incidentally, ( Read more... )

Thanks :))

I toyed with the idea of it being Karev because they seem to have a bit of a rapport going, but then I thought Bailey would be the perfect person after the day they'd had together.

I really liked how Bailey helped out. You described her perfectly! What a great ending also, with them talking it out and figuring things out together!
Great job!

Bailey might not like dealing with people's personal crap but she's someone who doesn't like problems and would much rather fix the problem.

Thanks :))))

this was great! I loved how you used Bailey to let them talk to each other. I hope you'll write more Callica :D

I shall try to write some more :)))

Glad you liked it. I got the idea to use Bailey after the famous "vajayjay" talk she had with Callie when the main point was she should talk to Hahn about it.

This was a lovely read.

As for your author notes - Don't be so worried about it :) I'm British, and it usually doesn't show (aside from spellings.. Unless I purposely change them)

Well done. Hope you keep posting :)

Glad you liked it :)

The only thing I'm always a bit concerned about is that some turns of phrase don't really work over the pond but they might work for the character or situation. I'm tempted to hunt out a dictionary of American idoms, but then that's really overkill.

Yeah, I sometimes get those worries. But you shouldn't be too concerned.. They usually figure it out, and if they don't - they ask ;) :)

Keep it up, ok? :)

I liked this. I never understood on Grey's how Callie could leave with Sloan after what she told Erica. And I liked Bailey being the one to comfort Erica.

I never quite got that either but I was thinking about it the other day and came to the conclusion that there was obviously more to their conversation than the writers showed us. I can't imagine Callie going off with Sloan, not without Erica's approval. You never know, perhaps once her shift was over she was going to join them at Joe's.

Glad you liked it :)))
