As one of those people with 20-20 vision, yes, I can see the bottom line on the eye chart. As of now. My right eye seems to be weakening a little when I'm tired, so I expect that five years from now I'll have some difficulty with the last line, lol.

(This is probably the reason why I don't like Russian Holmes needing reading glasses. The man shouldn't have worse eyes than I have.)

For some reason I'm jealous you can read the bottom line. I like Russian Holmes's reading glasses because he's clearly had his nose down a microscope too long and spent too long reading books with tiny writing! Plus it's just amusing thinking about how he manages not to loose them!

I was always convinced that the bottom line was really An Elaborate & Hilarious Prank Because Nobody Could Possibly Read It on the part of opticians everywhere, to either a) sneak swearwords onto the chart, b) convince people they need glasses when they don't, thus increasing profits tenfold or c) make all their customers slink away with a huge inferiority complex.

But I was wrong! *bows to elena*

I'm all right for audio books, I have a small mountain of them, but thank you for the offer :)
