Disney Night!
I have convinced my friend Jose that he wants to go see 3D sea monsters at the Science Museum! It's a long time since I went to the museum with a friend (and going to see the Terracotta Warriors doesn't really count because I was only seeing one exhibit). Also today I decided to satisfy my inner child and have borrowed 'Robin Hood' (Disney version) and 'Lady and the Tramp' from the library.
Today also Specsavers sent me a second reminder about getting my eyes tested and a voucher to £10 to get my eyes tested. So, I booked an appointment and I'm going at 11:40am on Thursday. Well if they only want to charge me £10 I may as well... :P! This led me to think about a long ago discussed topic about Holmes's eyesight and how if he had glasses he'd never wear them because he'd never be able to find them in the mess. So.. Holmes being dragged to the opticians by Watson for the eighth time in a week because he's lost them is a interested plot hedgehog.
Co-worker thinks I should attach a thread to my gloves like you do with children, and whilst yes I wouldn't loose my gloves... everyone would laugh at me! I wonder if Mrs Hudson has taken to sewing things into the lining of Holmes's coat... or maybe Watson has a food pouch inside his coat that she puts savoury things in.
