Do you hear the people sing?
Just as I was nodding off last night I had a random thought about parallels in Harry Potter and Les Miserables (no, come back! this isn't too insane!). So I had to get up and scribble some notes about what was going on in my head otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep and I would have had a strange dream.
Anyway, so I'm going to think about it a bit more and might write an essay on it for no reason other than I must share! The only other HP essay I've ever written is ' Is there a more sinister side to Gilderoy Lockhart?' Don't worry, I'm still working on my Holmes article this is just one of those random sidelines that happens when you've been think about Les Mis for part of the day :D!
I need to pick up my laundry at 6pm, then I'm planning to go out and see the 20:40 showing of HP:5 at the Oden in Leicester Square *bounce*. 'Order of the Phoenix' is my favourite book (yes I'm a little strange), sadly I know that my favourite character (Lockhart!) won't be making an appearance in the film, but that's all right. Still very excited. Need to watch the final of New Who as well. Oh and catch up on the Tour de France (I'm a stage behind).
Sunday needs to be longer...
