There hasn't been much going on that I would discuss in a public journal. Whatever you know about me, you'll know from having experienced me. Everything is going well among the group I have grown accustomed to over the past year.
Happened to have to run into Matt Brown last night at Fontana's. ...which just annoyed me more than anything. Just for the record, this would be the first exboyfriend that really induces my gag reflex whenever I happen to have to even exchange glances with him. Edit: I think we made up. Or am I just wasted?
I'm developing plans on returning to Baton Rouge for the length of my college career. My parents may have finished with this city, but my time here has not yet expired.
Obviously, I am going to need their financial support. I just cannot see myself doing a balancing act with school and a nearly full time job. It can be done, no doubt. However, I find it a more reasonable approach to present to my parents with an estimated monthly expense report. It would include things like rent, utilities, groceries, and gas. It would even give them a sense of control over me, I suppose.
I would undoubtedly attend BRCC for the two years, transfer to LSU, and complete my college career. However, I will have to endure The Woodlands a semester to demonstrate that I can do well in a college setting. This might seem like an amazing opportunity for others, but I have no desire to uproot my entire life because my dad got a job somewhere else.
Thoughts?
