Sick day
Considering today is the first day I've taken off work for being sick in a long time, I figured I would commemorate it with an LJ entry.
I just spent the last several minutes watching someone stand in front of a webcam while talking to me on the phone. Granted, it's not the first time in the world I've seen someone on a webcam, but the first time while conversing on the phone and they were in front of a public webcam. Technology is curious.
Unidentified members of the family vespidae have taken it upon themselves to try and form a colony at our front door. Many have fallen to my attempts to kill them, but they keep coming back. Yesterday they divebombed me but managed to not sting me through two layers of clothing, curiously enough.
I got my paycheck; I should go deposit it. Except I feel another cycle of that ungood, low-grade fever coming on, again.
Gee, this wasn't as substantial as I had hoped.
