Still Alive
Well. I've finally succumbed to the urge to post... and actually get my login back!
My lovely job at Shinra became much less lovely, over time. Once I was transferred from Reeve's department to Scarlett's it got worse, and when Heidegger started making Scarlett's life miserable, well, it was all downhill on a greased track from there.
Now I'm working in a small shop in Rocket Town, and all my old Shinra coworkers are jealous. The shop is beautiful, though it's seen better days, and the proprietor cares about his employees. So much so that despite the fact that Rocket Town was open for business today, he closed shop and told everyone working there to stay home, with pay, and not to go out in today's dangerous cold. Yes, I took about a 18% pay cut. No, I do NOT regret it in the least.
For one thing, it's gotten me to the point that I want to post and write again.
