So, this morning, I woke up at 6:30 for the SOLE purpose of going to a toy store to get Sam her Christmas present. I totally felt like I was in a movie! Lol
We wanted to get her a trampoline b/c seriously, the kid looooooooves to bounce. And hop. And wiggle her butt, lol. We decided that a trampoline would be a perfect solution, plus it would help relieve the boredom of having to stay inside during the winter. Kelli did some research about safety, etc. and we found one at Toys R Us. We emailed the link to our dad last week, who wanted to buy it. However, he didn't bother to tell us until Tuesday that he couldn't buy it online! So ever since then, I was calling every Toys R Us in the area, trying to find one. Let me just say...they have some of THE WORST customer service reps out there! I would be on hold for 20 minutes and then a bitchy person would come on, and would tell me they didn't have it and they wouldn't call anywhere for us b/c they were "too busy". Well, I finally called the one nearest us again yesterday and was told they were supposed to have a couple coming on their overnight truck. Yay, they had one this morning! Seriously...I *am* the hero of Christmas 2010.
