not sure if it's what you're looking for, but icarus has an AU called "Out of Bounds" -- John's an ice skater, Rodney's his coach (and a former champion), and in some flashbacks Radek was a ski jump judge.

Um, there's a good story on fanfiction.net by kashkow called Olympia. A clueless Team Sheppard walks into a Pegasus galaxy version of the Games. The usual mayhem, life-threatening challenges and whump ensue.
