George is 40 foot, a 5th wheel, and has one large slide out. My replacement for George is a 2007 "Park Model." It is 39' long, with 3 slide outs, one in the master bedroom, one in the living / dining room, and one in the smaller bedroom in back. There is a minimal 12v system but it all requires 120v to operate. There is a standard looking bathroom with normal toilet / sink / tub and shower (though admittedly a smaller than normal tub) and no holding tanks. The stove is a small apartment model that runs on propane. The Fridge is a smaller apartment model with built in ice maker (instead of a standard rv 2 way or 3 way). The floorplan is completely flat with no stairs. There is a sliding glass (double paned) door in the living room and a separate standard RV door. I feel that George had more storage cubby holes than the new trailer, but the new trailer is far nicer for layout, bathroom, and especially the kitchen.
As for the cost, I'm going to put it up for sale for $30K where it sits. I may even get it. To a friend I'd sell it for $20K. I can't take payments though as I need to pay off a loan to my parents and plan on putting the rest into paying off bills for the new house.
