Shepfact!

Here's today's Shepfact:

On this day in 1980, Ronald Belford 'Bon' Scott, the 33-year-old front-man of the Australian rock group AC/DC was found dead in the back of a car in East Dulwich in London after spending the previous night drinking heavily with friends. His death was recorded as as 'acute alcohol poisoning' and 'death by misadventure'. With the Scott family's blessing, the group hired Brian Johnson as their new singer and went on to release the international smash hit album, "Back in Black" later the same year.

As a musical tribute, here's "Highway To Hell", perhaps AC/DC's best-known Bon Scott-era song:

Shep sez: Had "Mad Max" been made with a bigger budget and released in 1981 or 1982 instead of 1979, I think that the above song would have featured on its soundtrack in some form :)
