Day 1: Favorite Grass Type
I really adore #547, Whimsicott.
Whimsicott was a pokemon I originally thought was kind of boring and not very well designed (I had this opinion of a lot of pokemon from Gen 5) but I decided I was going to train a Cottonee I got to see if it was any good. I noticed that my Cottonee was knocking out opponents left and right but didn't think much of it. When she finally evolved, I was like "Oh okay whatev-Oh my god. Oh my god that thing is cute". Not only was my Whimsicott adorable, it was also a force of freaking nature. Soon enough I was almost exclusively using her in gyms, as a lead into battles I didn't know what to expect, and I think I seriously grew attached to her. Then I sold my DS and Pokemon White. I really miss that Whimsicott, and I know if I pick up that game again at all, I'm definitely going to have to have one.
