Season 3 episodes 13-18
I am done with season 3 but just breaking it up a bit for you. Feel free to backtrack on any you may of missed, I am ALWAYS willing to talk Shenny and learn things I may of overlooked. Trying to get through season 4 before the new episode on the 12th, which sidenote. is VERY shenny and is so getting its own blogpost right off.
"The Bozeman Reaction" -- Penny smiles (as always) when she first sees Sheldon in this episode. It occurs to me that she is way more happy around him in general and she can't stop smiling when she sees him, even if he is irking her... you will almost always see her smile. (*i.e. she is in love*) I love how Sheldon is terrified after the robbery but she isn't, it shows another "north, south pole" (as jim would say) reason why they would work well. She asks him if he wants to sleep at her place. Leonard is even there when she does. He talks L/P into coming over to play games with him and stay there to keep him feeling safer, Penny is the one who doesn't fall asleep and plays his games, even though its something way over her head. Another "sweetie" from Penny in this. Penny asks when he gets caught in the trap, if he is ok. When he wants to move and is heading out, she is sad and says she is gonna miss him. We find out that he thinks of Penny as one of his closest friends. (yes, so please be together so we know you always will be)
"The Einstein Approximation" -- ok I have to say...holy HOT Sheldon in this episode. Plus the "Bazinga" ball pit stuff. Anyway... When he comes into the bedroom where L/P are sleeping and wakes them up to talk to them, he sits next to her on the bed. He also says when he was leaving, that he was watching her sleep. (*faints*) He decides to take a job to help him from being "stuck" and goes to work where Penny does. Granted it basically says her job is really lame and couldn't think of much worse BUT he thinks of her and still goes to work there and one of his other "bad" jobs was taking tokens but he can't touch tokens from people, yet... he can touch dirty dishes? Hmmm I think he just wanted to be with her :D
"The Large Hadron Collision"-- There is a cute laundry room scene here, where we get our second SHELDON initated Shenny hug. He runs to her in this hug too. She also hugs him back. So cute. She like usual with him, feels bad when he is upset and she decides to let him go in her place on the trip with Leonard. Sadly we see jerk Leonard here too, basically telling Sheldon he would rather go alone than with him. Sheldon and Penny both get sick and have to stay behind, together. Did I mention its Valentine's Day? Haha she spends it with him and not her boyfriend. I love when she gives him soup and she answers all his questions then when he asks how hot is and she wants to pour it on him, he says "you don't have to be mean, I'm sick" then she says she is sick too and together they sit on the couch, under blankets, eating soup. CUTE couple alert.
"The Excelsior Acquisition" -- this episode makes reference to the adhesive duck episode. We also learn that once again Sheldon has been checking her out, noticing it says "juicy" on her pants across her butt. I love their knock scene here where she opens the door before he finishes. They practice "acting" together for the court and he tells her that she should put on her juicy pants again. (*faints again*) This is implying, that she wasn't too good at the acting so she better get a way to get their attention and get him free from a ticket, in other words, he knows those pants work. He has to miss meeting Stan Lee with the guys which they don't seem to mind at all rubbing in to him but Penny feels bad and actually gets him to go meet him at his house. While it doesn't end well for him, well actually, he is quite thrilled about his restraining order, none the less, again, she thinks deeply from the heart for him. Another "Alpha Sheldon" scene here where he walks toward her with such presence and force. Just wow. Another "sweetie" from Penny as well
"The Precious Fragmentation"-- Nothing really here but she does punch him for waking her. Its funny but sad because he gets a bloody nose and she unlike usual, isn't really concerned by it. Although he does say he has endless patience, which I instantly thought, good, just keep waiting, she will come around :D
"The Pants Alternative" -- She brings him cheesecake. When he faints from thinking about speaking, she is the first one to go to him. She offers to take him shopping for a new suit. Their shopping scenes, as always are adorable and funny. She nearly passes out seeing him in his black suit. Ok, I understand just being surprised if he looks really nice, but holding your chest and gasping? Woman, you are "dating" Leonard. :D Her face speaks volumes there. Totally into him. We find out how easy a time she has getting him drunk. This is the second time she has... Kaley always says for them to be together it has to be a nightmare or she has to get him drunk and she be drunk... well... get crackin then. I love that he takes off his pants, granted its in front of everyone but still, she is there and sees it which always means, like he saw her bum, she also saw his.
