Welcome to the Shenny FTW blog
Hey! My name is Melissa. Thanks for checking out my blog. In case you didn't know... "Shenny" is a term used by shippers of "Sheldon" and "Penny" on THE BIG BANG THEORY. Sometimes also called "Shenelope". Some use it as a term to describe their love of the amazing chemistry of the two characters brought to life by the actors who play them... Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco. Some use it as a term to hope the characters sometime during the shows run, get together as a couple. Some both. "FTW" means For the Win... I am a huge Shenny shipper, of BOTH the friendship/chemistry and the possible coupling and love the term FTW because its like a friendly, fun cheer.
I hope you will "add me as a friend" on here and comment on my blog often, tell your fellow Shenny fans to check it out. My hope is to share my thoughts on Every episode, even the current ones, where they seriously lack Shenny so we can kind of follow along with the writers/creators and see where they might take this journey. I also want to share random ideas or awesome fanfics, fan videos etc that I think you should see.
Please note I love the series and don't HATE any of them but S&P are my reasons for even loving the show to begin with. I am not a Lenny or Shamy shipper but do not hate anyone who is. I just do not want my blog to turn into a shipper war... so as I would not come to a Lenny or Shamy blog and trash you, please respect me the same. Only Shenny fans or people who can talk kindly are allowed to post comments on here, all others will be removed.
I want to start my Shenny love by asking all you, what are your favorite Shenny moments?
Mine is the Christmas hug (so cute!), the adhesive duck episode (one big shenny moment basically LOL), and I really love the talk when he is upset in the season 3 premiere and she goes in his bedroom to comfort him.
