it's almost turkey day!
yay! well we got 7th place. so we're the 7th best 4A band in the state. which is pretty cool considering that there are probably lots of bands in florida.
on sunday we had bucket collection and i asked this guy if he would donate and he was all 'whats it for?' and i explained it and he was all 'oh. well i was in the military for 2 years but quit cuz it wasn't for me' now me and kassie were all...'um..ok?' and then he was all 'you know theres a big fight in congress now. my friend called me and told me' and we were all 'ok.' now how would we know it was going on. WE WERE AT WAL MART!i didn't even know if anything was going on! geez. then this guy came up to me and mumbled something about my rifle. THEN this guy came up to us and we asked him and he was all 'im broke i'll show you' and i tossed my rifle and he was looking at me like i was retarded! i'd like to see him do a quad on rifle and catch it correctly! he was really retarded.
monday..um we had school. so exciting.
today we found out who was on winterguard. i made it im happy. nicole didnt. mari had to quit. i dont know why. i dont wanna ask why cuz yeah..shayna didnt..but she was happy not to do winterguard. everyone else did. and christine the drum major is on it now. this will probably be a fun season. i heard that our show is gonna be 'flowy' so yeah. it will be fun.
