About 110 years old, gorgeous, 6 bedrooms, 3 floors, lovely lovely lovely! We are signing for it this week. Definitely cheered my day (in addition to the cookie monster left for me by a certain beastie).
Even though it won't be an easy road from here on out, I think it will be worth it.
