Valentine’s Day Fest 2010: Submit Your Prompts Here!!!
There seems to be some interest in a second Valentine’s Day Fest here at shelter_diner, so hit us with your prompts! We’ll take general (word or phrase) or more specific (scenario) prompts. The only requirement is that your prompt must have something to do with Valentine’s Day or romance (or the lack thereof) in general.
Examples of both general and specific prompts (you do not have to submit both, this is just to serve as an example):
alone
chocolate
flowers
love
Shaun doesn’t know whether to dip the strawberry in the chocolate sauce, or drizzle it over Zach
The first time one of them says ‘I love you’
Zach and Shaun exchange rings and/or vows
Zach wonders if Shaun’ll think that flowers are too girly
Get the idea? Now it’s your turn! Comment here with your prompts, and I’ll collect them all in one list for claiming. You can submit prompts for one week, through next Saturday, January 30. I’ll post the complete list of prompts to the comm on Sunday, January 31. Because we’re getting a late start with this, fic/graphics/etc will be due Valentine’s Day week, February 14 through February 20. That'll give you a full 3 weeks (instead of just 2) to create your submission.
Please remember that you will be able to write fic, create graphics, etc, so keep that in mind, also, when you submit your prompts.
You will not be required to claim a prompt in order to submit a prompt, nor do you have to submit a prompt to claim a prompt, and you may claim your own prompt. Whew!
There is no limit on the number of prompts you may submit. However, if you come back at a later time to submit more prompts, please do so in a new comment to this post rather than in a reply to your previous comment. This makes it easier for me to make sure I don't miss any.
