I found out the other day, I have a heart problem. I'm only 21 years old, and my poor little heart already can't keep up with me. So, I have decided to evacuate all bad things out of my life, aka, fast food, fried food, extra stress, etc. I have yet to completely quit smoking, although I've significantly cut back. I've also cut back on caffeine. It seems to be working, my heart isn't racing so bad anymore. I go see the cardiologist on the 21st. Hopefully all will be well.
I was thinking about something I researched into the other night. It's called "Broken Heart Syndrome" or for more medical terminology, cardiomyopathy. It's is a real condition, in which emotional stress temporarily shocks the hearts, and it mimics a heart attack, wich chest pain and palpatations. If you know me, and you know what I've been through lately, you know I've been through a lot of heart ache. I think this is the root (along with smoking) of my heart problem. Stress, and heart break. This is very interesting, take a read:

I just don't want to deal with a heart attack before I even turn 30. That's just crazy.
